Parents must carefully go through the marks sheet when sent to them and in case their ward fails in any subject, should help them getting good marks in the ensuing exams.

If a student secures average or below average marks, his / her parents should meet the class teacher / subject teacher concerned at least once a week to take appropriate guidance. Parents can meet the in-charge/teachers concerned between 12 noon and 1.00 p.m on Saturdays. The answer scripts will be sent to the parents for their attestation and the same must be returned the next day.

Promotion after the Annual Examination will be based on the marks obtained in the Annual Examination and the student’s record during the academic year. The Director’s HM’s decision in the matter of promotion is final. The promotion of a student to the higher class shall be confirmed only after all the fee dues are cleared before the declaration of the final result.

Code of Conduct for the Students

Every student must have his / her own diary and bring the same to school daily. A student who loses the diary should buy another one.

In case of illness, a leave application supported by a medical certificate should be sent on the first day of absence. If any student is absent for more than three consecutive days from the school he / she will not be allowed into the class without the HM’s permission.

Students should be kept in quarantine in case they are affected y or exposed to infectious diseases.

1. Students should reach the school before the ringing of the 1st bell, as the gates will be closed there after.

2. Courtesy in speech and conduct must be observed.

3. Students must speak in English with-in the premises, parents are requested to co-coperate with the school in executing this task.

4. Perfect silence should be maintained during the assembly, in classrooms and during all school functions.

5. Absence without prior permition will be viewed seriously.

6. Students on sick leave for more than two days should produced a medical certificate of relavent records.

Discipline is essential for smooth living in a community or society.

• Pay due respect to his / her teachers.

• Not go out of the class / school during school hours without the permission of the principal.

• Be attentive to the class and do his / her home assignment regularly.
