“I have learnt more as a Lecturer, Principal, Academic Coordinator, Academic Director
than as a student. I have learnt that it is easy to dream but difficult to turn
it into a reality. The path of realization of the dream is full of pitfalls and
hurdles. But, I could overcome all these by the unstinted support of the Patience
& Understanding Students, Parents, Friends, Relatives and Well-wishers, who with
their trust and unconditional faith in my competence, helped me to reach this position.
To them I dedicate my commitments and assure them that this is just a beginning
and there are many more to come”. I strongly believe that the success of running
Intermediate Institutions depends on efficient synchronization of (i) Teaching (ii)
Students-ward system (regarding Study hours and Personal care) and (iii) General
Administration.
