Norms of Admissions
|
|
1. Application forms duly filled in should be submitted within 10 days from the
date of purchase.
|
|
2. Admission to any class up 10th std., will be considered only after an entrance
test.
|
|
3. Admission to any Group in Intermediate will be considered only on merit basis.
|
|
4. An admission will be confirmed after an interview with the correspondent / Principal.
|
|
5. All prescribed fees must be paid at the time of admission.
|
|
6. Certificates to be produced at the time of admission :
|
|
A ) Original SSC Marks statement (Inter)
|
|
B ) Original promoted Transfer Certificate.
|
|
C ) Original Study and Conduct certificate.
|
|
D ) Community and Caste Certificate if required.
|
|
E ) Migration Certificate if necessary.
|
|
Rules and Regulations
|
|
1. All students must be in full uniform inside the Campus.
|
|
2. Students are not supposed to wear any kind of gold or silver jewellery to Institution.
The management will not be held responsible for any loss of jewellery
or other costly articles.
|
|
3. Parents should encourage the students to participate in all extra curricular
activities.
|
|
4. Students who are out of Uniform or who have failed to bring books to the class
or to get parents signature on the remarks of the teacher in the diary, or who
come late will not be allowed inside the class room.
|
|
5. Parents are expected to compulsorily come and meet the teachers on PARENT TEACHER
ASSOCIATION held after each of the Terminal / Revision Examination
|
|
6. The absenteeism is due to unforseen circumstances, a student must produce a leave
or medical certificate.
|
|
7. No Student is to leave the Institute premisses during lecture hours without the
permission of the Principal / Head master.
|
|
8. If any property is damaged by a student in and around the Institute premisses,
the cost of repair should be paid by the student concerned.
|
|
9. Excellent behaviour is expected at all times in and outside the Institute premises.
The student is to observe any rules that the Institute may introduce from
time to time.
|
|
10. The Institute reserves the right to amend any rules and regulations from time
to time. The Institute also reserves the right to refuse admission to a student
without assigning any reason.

|
11. Students must use the standard Institute stationary for their written work.
